This painting shows two swans in love to reflect the love that the artist himself (myself) desires, the right person. In the face of two past emotional failures, I feel that this well-nurtured love from the beginning is a kind of luxury that is so extravagant and I’m in realisation of how love is so fragile, like crystal. To possess it, one must be immensely careful to prevent it from cracking, breaking in pieces. I’ve tried all kinds of ways to retain its protection until the end I find it's still unable to last and reluctantly, I gave up. I believe this is the pain everyone will experience. Crystal is like a love, it seems to be crystal clear and people want to touch, but as long as it is accidentally broken, the damage in this love will always be remembered.
