Summary
I found this book is very helpful and exciting. It provides a perfect introduction for someone who does not know about painting and drawing like myself an inspirational reference from a highly experienced and respected figure in the world of practical art publishing artist, Hazel Harrison. Hazel Harrison divided this book into four parts, covers all the most popular mediums; drawing, water paint, oil and acrylic, and pastel. Each section explains the full range of equipment available today and reveals how to get the best of them. Basic setting up and preparation is clearly shown, and the reader is taken through all the essential first techniques with step-by-step practical demonstrations. More specialized methods are explained for increasingly advanced and sophisticated effects, so whatever their experience, the artist can develop creative techniques and individual style with confidence. To me, this interesting book will surely provide an irresistible and invaluable practical reference for every amateur artist and even to myself, who has almost skill about painting and drawings.
