Summary
Everyone has heard of the Mona Lisa painting in one way or another. The existence of the painting has somehow spread worldwide since its creation in 1503 by an Italian artist, Leonardo Da Vinci. Have you ever wondered who is the woman in the painting? Have you ever expected to listen to a story being told from the painting's point of view? Personally, I find this read intriguing and unusual at first and as I went on, it became entertaining. Besides getting to know the Mona Lisa up close and personal, the readers get to go back in time and view the history of Renaissance Italy through her point of view since the sketching until ending up on the wall in a museum in Louvre, Paris. The readers will also gain a fascinating point of view after learning that people in paintings, might have feelings too, props to the author. "I have lived many lifetimes and been loved by emperors, kings and thieves. I have survived kidnap and assault. Revolution and two world wars." - Mona Lisa
