Borneo Jazz Festival FAB LAB is an Artist Residency programme, aims to empower and enliven musicians in Miri.
Featuring 2 international musicians: CHRIS STALK (saxophone / composer / arranger) from France, and JULES VULZOR (bass / DJ / producer) from Switzerland will be based in Miri prior to Borneo Jazz Festival, offering intense and interactive music workshops to 30 musicians over a 6-week period, from May 9 - June 18 2022.
In keeping with Borneo Jazz Festival’s objective to empower Miri musicians through FAB LAB, No Black Tie is offering music scholarship to 30 musicians to participate!
FAB LAB music workshops will be held at Pustaka Negeri Sarawak Miri from May 9 – June 18 2022, 7.00pm – 9.00pm, Monday – Thursday.
