Negeri Sarawak is collaborating with the Department of Social Welfare
(Sarawak), ABC Lab and Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer
(JOCV) in organizing a Workshop on Enhancing the Quality Life of the Special
Needs and Family.
The
workshop will be held on 24 February 2016 ( Time: 1:30pm – 5:30pm ), 25 February
2016 ( Time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) and 5 March 2016 ( Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) at
the library.
Shigeru
Imamoto, a special education specialist from Japan will be invited as a facilitator
for this workshop. He is experience in Treatment
and Education of Autistic and Comunication Handicapped Children (TEACCH).
A sales exhibition by the PIBAKAT, Community Based Rehabilitation Centre
(PDK) and Special Needs Schools will be held on 5th March 2016.
