Ringkasan: “Devil’s Strategy” is a book written by Damrong Pinkoon, a successful businessman and author. In this book, the author shares variety of methods and ideas on how people in business field can improve their business. The author also uses language that is easy to understand and uses many infographics to describe a topic. There is a topic that caught my eye which is on “Value Creation”. In this topic, the author highlighted that marketing strategy creates “Value”. It says, “When someone wants to buy a product, they do not want to be deceived or exploited. But, if you give a customer a lot more than his expectation, this will make customers like your product and be very satisfied with their choice. They will come back and re-purchase and become a loyal customer”. Customers always want good products, value for money and satisfied with every services and products sold to them.
