Ringkasan: Alchemist Sydney Sage proclaimed her love to the Moroi Adrian Ivashkov as Sydney begins to accept her path in defying the Alchemists. As Adrian struggles between alcohol addiction and being haunted by the late Queen in his Spirit state, Sydney and Adrian work hard to support each other as Adrian begins to lose his Spirit abilities after consuming mood stabilizers and anti-depressants. During a battle with the Strigoi, Sydney goes missing and Adrian is frustrated that he doesn`t have his abilities to find her and Sydney is revealed in the end to be subjected to `re-education` by the Alchemist Order.
