The author showed how we can achieve a more meaningful life by choosing what we need to do as opposed to what the busy world demands. This means, having to leave or even switch off the computer or smart phone, uninstalling apps or deleting social media accounts, not checking emails and many more. Instead, the author ask the readers (mainly the women or mothers) to focus what’s important in their life, which is the family. She even shared a family recipe for making applesauce muffin (page 153). She ended her book with some to-do-lists, where readers can engage and apply them to their daily life. This self motivational book is suitable for busy women, especially mothers who are looking for inspirations in managing their busy working life and taking care of the families (especially children).
