Ringkasan: Contract Law in Malaysia is written with the aim of setting out the law of contract in Malaysia in a manner that is easily understood and further explaining the more challenging areas of the law. As the Contracts Act 1950 is in pari materia with the Indian Contract Act 1872 which is based on English common law, the positions under the common law and the Indian Contract Act are used as a starting point. Where a different position has been adopted in the Contracts Act 1950, this is highlighted and explained.
