1. Reference inquiry shall be responded to within one working day
2. Circulation transaction per item shall be completed within one minute
3. Inter library loan service (ILL) request shall be responded to within one working day
4. New library material shall be made available on the shelf within seven working days upon receipt.
5. Public archives shall be retrieved within one hour upon request.

Customer Feedback

6. Customer complaint shall be acknowledged receipt within one working day.

Payment

7. Payment shall be made within 13 working days upon receipt of complete documents.
