Pustaka Negeri Sarawak inviting the public to another GST Talk

Kuching: Due to encouraging response, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak (Sarawak State Library) will once again organise a public talk on the upcoming Goods & Services Tax (GST) at its Auditorium tomorrow.

The talk will start at 10 am and Customs Sarawak Senior Assistant Director, Noelle Lily Morse is again invited as the speaker.

This time, Pustaka Negeri assured those coming to the talk that they will get a better picture and greater understanding of the GST in terms of its implementation and the reasons for it to be introduced.

GST which was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak when tabling the Budget 2014 at the Parliament in Kuala Lumpur in October 201, will be implemented on April 1 next year at a fixed rate of six percent.

"We welcome the public to this talk. Entrance is free," said a statement issued by Pustaka Negeri.
