LITERACY ONLINE INFORMATION SOURCE SERVICE OF SARAWAK STATE LIBRARY WITH DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE SARAWAK

KUCHING: Thursday, 23 February 2023 - Sarawak State Library`s Online Information Resource Service Literacy session for Department of Agriculture Sarawak staff was held successfully.

The purpose of this literacy session is to improve digital and information literacy skills by accessing library services such as OPAC, PressReader, CABi and Angka.sa2 applications to find information materials. A `hands-on` session was also held in this program to train participants on how to access digital reading materials, journal articles, e-books, newspapers, gazettes and agricultural-related documents through CABi, Press Reader, Kfocus and LawNet databases. .com.my.

The facilitator for this program was delivered by Mrs. Nurfatini Apandi.
