School Holiday Activity: Arabic Language

20th January 2025, KUCHING – Pustaka Negeri Sarawak organized an enriching school holiday activity: Arabic Language with Ustazah Maliana Mohd Matahar, Ustaz Mohd Azhar Ali, and Ustaz Yahya Bakeri from the Faculty of Education, Language and Communication, UNIMAS.

This session introduced participants to the basics of Arabic, highlighting its significance as one of the most widely spoken languages globally and the liturgical language of Islam.

Learning Arabic enhances communication, deepens cultural understanding, and provides access to a rich history and heritage.

Participants gained valuable knowledge and took their first steps in discovering the beauty and importance of the Arabic language and culture.
