Summary: All about Choices is the same "All About" series of books by Julie Davey. This book share the knowledge on how to differentiate between problems or challenges in our life by practicing a technique calls the "Fabulous First 5 Minutes". It is a positive `thinking-and-doing` technique that suitable for childrens and the grown-ups to learn. This technique also encourages us to develop the valuable habit of planning ahead and making better choices. In this book, the quotes that catch my eyes the most is `You are in control of your feelings, thoughts and ultimately your life`. Which means, you are responsible for yourself. So, after learning the Fab First 5 technique, I feels more positive. This book is very colourful and the simple illustrations are easy to understand. The use of variation of colour make the book looks `friendly` and fancy.
