The author proceeds cautiously with his investments, and gives the pros and cons versus just saying that investing in apartment buildings (or real estate in general) in the best thing. Give a whole new perspective on investing in multi-family buildings. Martinez points out the pitfalls to avoid in this detail oriented business and also the strategies for long term success. This is a very well written book. Definitely recommended for people interested in real estate investing.
