To sum it up, the aggregate goals of this book is it helps to create a positive culture where everyone serves each other to accomplish the mission of the team. I would greatly recommend this book to those with teams that are striving for more and wanting to become greater. I just love the way the stories shared by many people who worked in team on daily basis. They were inspirational and give an excellent insight on developing team. All in all, it’s worth the time to read.
