Milk and Honey tells stories of how an individual especially women going through this 4 stages in her life and find sweetness in life in the bitterness of every moments she go through. this book have collection of poetry about femininity, love, heartbreak, abuse, trauma, loss and healing and self-acceptance. the poetry does speak directly to you when you read it and i love the drawing in some poetry that gives direct message to what the poet represent about. there is some poet that is so short yet the few words gives a big meaning to it.
