Summary: After reading the book, I believe it makes a good read for a wide spectrum of the knowledge management (KM) community. It brings the perspectives from Asia, especially focusing to the 12 award-winning organizations which received KM excellence awards in 2008, 2009 and 2010, constituted by the Information and Knowledge Management Society of Singapore. Since the book derived from the successful case studies of organizations which practicing KM, to me, the book has been able to provide a comprehensive overview and approaches of the real case scenario which could be one of the invaluable resources to all especially to KM practitioners. Importantly, to me, this book has been able to give both perspectives of theory and pragmatism.
