Summary: This book tells a story of a little girl name Penelope who goes by the name Candle, is very lonely as her parents are always busy and does not have much time spent for her and she is not allowed to leave the White House. The loneliness fade when Madeline and company arrive to keep her company for a little while during White House Easter Celebration. The “and company” include ten additional girls and a Magic Rabbit. As days about to pass and Madeline will be going home soon, Candle wish to see the city and her wish is granted by the Magic Rabbit where both Madeline and Candle flew through the starry night to see the city until the sun set in the morning.
