Summary

This book presents lessons learned from projects in four East African countries: Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda, with a focus on young people and their agribusinesses. In Burundi and Rwanda, chicken and eggs are sold to retailers, but are also being made available in schools to alleviate malnutrition. In Kenya and Uganda, the focus was on aquaculture, cage farming and fry marketing.
