Summary: understand more about Covid-19, raising more awareness about diseases and illnesses. The book reflected the author’s prognosis of a lung condition as she was seeking to understand its’ causes and symptoms. Her journey of denial, anger and subsequent acceptance of her lung condition was documented in first person, allowing the readers to take the journey with her. She began to ask questions about her condition, navigating her way through the social lens, and eventually diagnosed with lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) with poor prospect. Imbuing positive mechanisms to normalize and adapt to negative bodily change, fear of death had made her to focus on living in the present.
