By making some of the circumstances' nuances more common, the writers have done a good job. The reader is given the ability to understand that personality, interests, and hobbies are much more than just a label for physical problems, which I find particularly appealing. The book will help with knowledge improvement, but it will also help with difficulties related to self-esteem, which are frequently ignored in books on the topic.
