Summary
This book highlights three key differences between a child's brain and an adult's brain. As we know kids' brains work differently than adults'. When we don't understand these differences, kids can feel insecure and act out like being angry or overly "good." But these behaviors are just signs they're struggling inside. If we focus less on fixing the behavior and more on connecting with them, kids feel safer. Over time, they grow more confident, calm, and capable without carrying childhood hurts into adulthood.
