This art exhibition and workshop is one of the most frequently held programs in Pustaka, Miri and this time it is a collaborative effort with the Sarawak Teacher’s Institute and Local Agenda 21 of the Miri City Council. The program is held to showcase the beautiful and interesting works produced by students and educators as well as caliber artistes in Sarawak who will be participating in this exhibition. Recycled materials are also used to produce their artworks. In addition to its role as a source of information and reference point for the State, Sarawak State Library also serves as a collective point for information resources in various formats. Artworks are one of the point of references for the younger generation and those who are interested in the work of art-makers.
