COOKING DEMONSTRATION ON SARAWAK TRADISIONAL CUISINE AT PUSTAKA NEGERI SARAWAK

KUCHING, 25 September 2019 – In conjunction with Sarawakiana Carnival 2019, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak will be organizing the Cooking Demonstration on Sarawak Traditional Cuisine.

This program will be held on 5th October 2019, from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon, at the Dataran Pustaka, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak.

On that day Chef Jespa Langki and Chef Sebastian Ali, from Kuching Skills Collage will present cooking demonstrations of traditional dishes such as Upa Lalis Tunu Ikan Bilis, Assem Pangge, Gulai Asam Ikan Belimbing Tunjuk, Kukus Ikan Lempis, Leluwai dan Tumpi Bandung Dayak.

Main objective of the program is to introduce the diversity of Sarawak’s traditional cuisine. FREE registration and OPEN for public.
