Summary

Donald Miller gets his readers to amp up their brand by clarifying their marketing message through creating story-like approaches. He introduces the SB7 Framework which focused on the customer being a hero, the focal person in the brand and the one that brands have to please. Personally, it is a brilliant idea as it focuses on the philosophy ‘customer is king’, which rings true as we would want the brands to know what we want out of their product.
